Unfulfilled Orders: If your order is still in the unfulfilled status, you can still cancel it. Please contact our customer support team by service@nuphy.com as soon as possible, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Fulfilled Orders: If your order has already been marked as fulfilled and has left our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot intercept or return the package to cancel the order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
