If you cancel your order, we will process a full refund for you. There are no cancellation fees.
However, please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
In very rare cases, if you request a cancellation at the exact moment your order is being dispatched, we may attempt to intercept the package. If we are successful in intercepting and canceling the order, please be aware that customs declaration fees incurred for the already-shipped package will be deducted from your refund.
Please understand that in the vast majority of cases, once a package has left our facility, it can no longer be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
