VIA Configuration Troubleshooting

1. Keyboard Not Recognized by VIA

• Description: VIA fails to recognize the keyboard, or the configuration page appears blank.
• Solutions:
  1. Try switching to a different web browser or use another device to connect to VIA.
  2. Verify that the connection steps were followed correctly (please refer to the VIA Connection Tutorial for specific instructions).
  3. Flash the keyboard firmware and perform a factory reset, then attempt to connect again.

2. Unable to Remap Keys via VIA

• Description: Keys cannot be remapped using the VIA software, or the keymap automatically resets after modification.
• Solutions:
  1. Try switching to a different web browser or use another device to connect to VIA.
  2. Ensure the keyboard is set to the correct system mode (Mac/Win) and that you are remapping keys on the correct layer (please refer to the user manual for VIA layer instructions).
  3. Flash the keyboard firmware and perform a factory reset, then attempt to remap the keys again.

3. Unable to Save Macros via VIA

• Description: VIA fails to save macros, or the keyboard resets after saving.
• Solutions:
  1. Try switching to a different web browser or use another device to connect to VIA.
  2. Ensure the keyboard is set to the correct system mode (Mac/Win) and that the macro is being assigned to the correct layer (please refer to the user manual for VIA layer instructions).

  4. Flash the keyboard firmware and perform a factory reset, then attempt to configure and save the macro again.

4. Unable to Adjust Lighting via VIA

• Description: VIA fails to adjust the keyboard lighting, or the lighting effects behave abnormally.
• Solutions:
  1. Try switching to a different web browser or use another device to connect to VIA.
  2. Ensure the keyboard is set to the correct system mode (Mac/Win) and that you are adjusting settings on the correct layer (please refer to the user manual for VIA layer instructions).
  3. Flash the keyboard firmware and perform a factory reset, then attempt to adjust the lighting again.
  4. If the issue persists, try using the keyboard's built-in shortcut keys to adjust the lighting.
