Backlight Issues

Description: Keyboard backlight or side lighting behaves abnormally, such as failing to turn on, abnormal brightness, irregular blinking frequency, or incorrect color display.

Solutions:

1. Check the user manual to ensure you are using the correct shortcut keys to adjust the lighting.
2. Perform a factory reset on the keyboard, then try adjusting the lighting effects again via shortcut keys or VIA software.
3. Check if the keyboard is in a low-battery state. Low battery can cause abnormal backlight behavior. Try charging the keyboard and observe if the backlight returns to normal once the battery is sufficiently charged.
4. If the backlight issue occurred after a firmware update, try restoring the keyboard to factory settings and reconfigure the backlight parameters.
5. If the issue persists, it may be caused by a hardware failure. Please contact after-sales support for hardware inspection and repair.
