Swollen Battery Issue

Description: The keyboard battery is swelling, indicated by the bottom label peeling up on both sides, or the swelling pushing open the seam at the top of the keyboard.

Solutions:

1. Safety First: Immediately disconnect the keyboard from power. Carefully disassemble the keyboard, unplug the battery connector, and remove the swollen battery. You can continue to use the keyboard strictly in wired mode without the battery.
2. Check your order information to confirm the warranty period, and contact after-sales support to obtain the appropriate solution.
3. Preventive Measures: Avoid keeping the keyboard plugged in continuously while using wireless mode, and never use fast chargers to charge the keyboard.
