Description: The keyboard fails to charge, or the battery drains too quickly to meet normal usage needs.
Solutions:
- Disassemble the keyboard to check if the battery is in good working condition and if the battery connection is loose. An aged, damaged, or swollen battery can significantly reduce battery life. Try reseating the battery connector or replacing it with an original battery.
- Turn off all backlight and side lighting to test the battery life in a no-light state, confirming whether there is indeed a battery drain issue.
- Review your usage habits: Are you using a 5V USB charger? Do you leave the backlight on for long periods without enabling sleep mode? Do you use the keyboard while constantly plugged in? Turn off the keyboard when not in use to save power and reduce battery wear.
- If the issue persists, the battery may be damaged. We recommend contacting after-sales support for a battery replacement, and avoid poor usage habits or using fast chargers in the future.
